Growth Strategy

Direct Property is intending to grow the portfolio to provide the full benefits of diversification to shareholders.

Acquisition Strategy

Properties will only be purchased that have sound tenants and that provide sound, long term returns. As the portfolio grows, attention will be given to achieving balance across lease terms and property sectors (industrial, retail and office).

All acquisitions are subject to Board approval and will require raising new capital from either existing or new shareholders.

Dividend Payments

All post-tax cash profits within Direct Property are paid to the shareholders (after deducting a provision for forecast repairs and maintenance and capital expenditure). Accordingly, Direct Property pays dividends on a three monthly basis.

Governance

Direct Property has four Directors comprising two Independent Directors and two Representatives of the Manager.

Management

Direct Property is managed by DPF Management Limited. The management team are also shareholders of Direct Property, and will remain substantial investors.
