Greg Reidy
Director
Greg has a background in property development and funds management working for Armstrong Jones (now ING) for four years from 1995 through to 1999. He was principally involved in the acquisition and sale of investment property for specific managed funds. Greg is a shareholder and Director of McDougall Reidy & Co (formerly Willis Bond & Co) managing and owning major commercial development projects encompassing the industrial, retail and commercial property sectors.

Simon (Sam) Bufton
Director
Sam is a major shareholder and the Managing Director of Haydn & Rollett Construction Limited. He has had 25 years in the commercial construction industry and has also had significant involvement in property development activities, working closely with Direct Property Fund since 1999.

Simon Woodhams
Asset Manager
Simon is a graduate of Canterbury University. Prior to joining McDougall Reidy & Co he spent seven years in Tokyo and London predominately in the financial and banking markets. Since 2005 he has been involved in managing industrial and retail development projects for McDougall Reidy & Co and has recently moved to asset management of the Direct Property Fund portfolio.

Naomi Harverye
Property Accountant
Naomi joined McDougall Reidy & Co in August 2006 as Property Accountant. She has previously held positions in financial and treasury accounting with Clime Group in New Zealand and London Underground in the UK. She is currently studying at Auckland University to complete her accounting qualification.

Ailsa McAulay
Office Manager
Ailsa joined McDougall Reidy & Co in December 2007 as Office Manager. Ailsa previously worked for Westpac in their Receivables Management and Migrant Banking departments. Ailsa is responsible for the day to day running of the office and works closely with everyone, she is also Executive Assistant to Malcolm McDougall and Greg Reidy.

Jhonniya Johnson
Assistant Accountant
Jhonniya is currently working towards her Chartered Accounting qualification at Unitec. Jhonniya has held positions in the Accounts and Finance Division for the Government. Jhonniya joined McDougall Reidy & Co in June 2008 as Accounts Administrator responsible for accounts receivable and accounts payable functions.

Chris Bufton
Property Manager
Chris is a graduate of Auckland University where he completed his Bachelor of Property. Chris previously worked for Colliers International in their administration team whilst completing his degree. Chris joined McDougall Reidy & Co in September 2008 and works closely with Asset Manager Simon Woodhams on the management of the Direct Property Fund portfolio.

Craig Peirce
Chief Financial Officer
Craig joined McDougall Reidy & Co in July 2009. Prior to joining, Craig spent six years in London in property funds management, most recently working at LaSalle Investment Management. Craig is a graduate of Auckland University and is a Chartered Accountant.
