Sam Bufton
Sam joined Haydn & Rollett Construction as Construction Manager in 1993 and was Managing Director for 12 years until 2010. Sam has over 35 years experience in the construction, development and property industry in a wide range of roles. Sam has also worked closely with McDougall Reidy & Co since 1999 and is currently a member on Direct Property Fund's board. Sam brings a wealth of experience and in-depth knowledge of the construction and property industry to the management team.

Simon Woodhams
General Manager
Simon joined Direct Property as Asset Manager in 2005 and became a shareholder in both Direct Property and McDougall Reidy & Co in 2009. A graduate of Canterbury University he has been involved across the company in both development and fund management. In November 2011 he took on the role of General Manager and is now responsible for the day to day operations of the company.

Craig Peirce
Chief Financial Officer
Craig joined Direct Property as Chief Financial Officer in July 2009. Prior to joining Craig spent six years in London in property funds management, most recently working at LaSalle Investment Management. He is a graduate of Auckland University and is a Chartered Accountant. Craig is responsible for the financial management of McDougall Reidy & Co and Direct Property.

Wendell was the founder / owner / operator of the Building Depot until it was sold to Fletchers. Following the sale Wendell has been an active investor in commercial property including Direct Property Fund.
