Management Duties
The Manager provides all the management duties required by Direct Property.
Detail of the Manager's duties are detailed in the Management Agreement and are summarised as follows:
- Investment management duties (includes strategy, acquisitions and capital expenditure);
- Property management duties (includes liaison with tenants, lease negotiations, rent reviews and general maintenance of property);
- Administration management duties (includes monthly management reporting, financial reporting, secretarial services, taxation, planning and treasury functions).
The Management Company holds a substantial shareholding in Direct Property.
