Arthur is the Senior Partner in the Auckland office of Chapman Tripp. He has specialised over the past 20 years in commercial law and currently holds a number of active public and private company directorships.

Simon (Sam) Bufton
Director representing The Manager
Sam is a major shareholder and the Managing Director of Haydn & Rollett Limited. He has had 25 years in the commercial construction industry and has also had significant involvement in property development activities, working closely with McDougall Reidy & Co (formerly Willis Bond & Co) since 1999. Greg Reidy is an alternate director for Sam.

Malcolm McDougall
Director representing The Manager
Malcolm has a background in the private equity and property markets. He was a founding Director and a key person behind the formation of Property For Industry Limited. He is a major shareholder in McDougall Reidy & Co (formerly Willis Bond & Co) since 1999.

Wendell Phillips
Independent Director
Wendell is an investor in commercial and industrial property. His background is in the building industry being a founder member of the Mitre 10 group. Wendell was the founder of the Building Depot chain which he sold in 1997. He is a director of a number of private companies.
