Direct Property is governed by a Board of four Directors comprising two Independent Directors and two Representatives
of the Manager (the "Directors").

Arthur is the Senior Partner in the Auckland office of Chapman Tripp and has over 50 years legal experience. He has had extensive directorate experience with both public and private companies, and currently holds a number of active public company directorships. Arthur brings a long term perspective to the table on key strategic matters.

Sam Bufton
Director Representing The Manager
Sam joined Haydn & Rollett Construction as Construction Manager in 1993 and was Managing Director for 12 years until 2010. Sam has over 35 years experience in the construction, development and property industry in a wide range of roles. Sam has also worked closely with McDougall Reid & Co since 1999. Sam brings a wealth of experience to the board and in-depth knowledge of the construction and property industry.

John is currently a member on a number of boards, including the Bank of New Zealand (Chairman), National Australia Bank, Fonterra Cooperative Group and the Eden Park Redevelopment Board (Chairman). John was a partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers for over 20 years, and a member of the firm's New Zealand Board and leader of its Advisory division. John brings to the board vast commercial and directorship experience.

Greg Reidy
Director Representing The Manager
Greg is a principal shareholder of McDougall Reidy & Co and Direct Property Fund. He has a background in property development, investment and funds management. Greg is responsible for managing and owning major commercial development projects encompassing the industrial, commercial and retail property sectors for Direct Property Fund and McDougall Reidy & Co.
